Yes. The pre-launch EOI rate of August 2026 was ₹7,999 per sq ft for the first 30 bookings; the rate in the sales update of 9 October 2026 is ₹8,499 — 6.25% higher by our arithmetic — and the 275 sq yd villas sold out in between.
When is possession at The Roots by Ramky?
